Putting Helmets on Heads

Presentation by Xu Simon, Vice-Chair, SMARTER; DeAnna Ward, Treasurer, SMARTER and Justin McDonald, Secretary SMARTER at the 2024 National Training Summit of the State Motorcyclist Safety Association.   This presentation was designed to provide information regarding helmet history, types, testing and standards, injury types, economic impacts and cultural considerations in a manner by which those attending could replicate the presentation information to other audiences.
