Dr. Don Green, SMARTER Vice-Chair Presents at National Conference

SMARTER Board of Directors Vice-Chairman Dr. Don Green presented a workshop titled Challenge and Support - The Difference in Success at the State Motorcycle Safety Association (SMSA) National Training Summit held September 10 – 13, 2025 in Harrisburg, PA. Dr. Green’s presentation explored the Sanford Theory of “Challenge and Support" which emphasizes achieving a balance between helping students reach their learning goals and not overwhelming them. Challenge and Support as a group in a systematic way to enhance success in Instructor/Coach and site/program growth and improvement. .
