Let Them Die: The Consequences of Repealing All-rider Helmet Requirements

This SMARTER news release addresses the research evidence supporting all-rider motorcycle helmet use requirements and the absurdity of repealing Washington D.C.s current requirement as proposed by the sponsors of the so called “Ride in Freedom Act.”  It also addresses why the alternatives proposed by the Motorcycle Riders Foundation, which supports repeal, will not be an effective approach.
